Pets picked up
Monday-Friday during
our morning hours 8:30-12:30 will not be charged for that
day.
Saturdays checkout time is Noon.
Sundays
are Considered a full days boarding if you are dropping off
or picking up.
Bill Calculation
The check-in day is a billable
day no matter what time of the day you check-in. When
picking up your pet, if you pick up before 12:30 Mon-Fri,
and Saturday before Noon you will not be charged for that
day. If you pick up between 3:30pm & 6:00pm Mon-Fri,
you will be charged for that day. Sundays are considered a
full day for Sunday.
It will be necessary for the legal owner of the pet or pets
to either sign the
boarding
contract at time of drop off or a boarding contract can
be mailed, emailed, faxed or by text to the legal owner and
we need to have that completed and signed contract before
the pets are allowed to comes in for boarding.
Method of Payment
We gladly accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and Discover.
Most all major Credit cards.
Sorry as of 2022 we will no longer accept personal
checks.
Vaccinations
All pets boarded at
Camp Ravenwood Kennels must be free of any
contagious ailments. For the protection of all our
guests we require proof of current vaccinations by a
licensed veterinarian. You
may have your Vet fax your pets shot records to

For dogs: Rabies,
DHPP and
Bordetella (Canine cough).
For cats: Rabies,
Booster (FVRC-P)
Self
given vaccination are not accepted
Leashes
For your pet's safety we ask that
you have your pet on a leash or in a carrier or otherwise under your
control.
Medications
Most medications that your pet
requires can be continued during his or her stay with us.
There is a no charge for the administration of medications
except for pets that are diabetic. There is an extra $4 per
day charge for diabetic Pets.
Food and Special Diets
We provide quality dry Dog
or Cat food. If your pet is on a special or prescribed
diet, please bring an ample supply of the required food, and
we will feed accordingly. Regarding feeding frequency, we
will feed your pet according to your instructions up to
three times daily.
Health Care
To further ensure the safety and
welfare of your pet. There are veterinarians on call 24 hours
a day to respond to the emergency health needs of our
guests.
